Well this just made me laugh out loud when I read about it this morning on my daily blog reading. A court judge in Texas was forced to resign the other day because he was reportedly sleeping during a testimony early last week. The trial was about a disabled kid’s supposed felony. The judge who wish’s to remain anonymous, Was a special education hearing officer. This will defiantly go on my list of WTF, moments in the News. Nothing against Texas, but the Judicial system there needs to step there game up.
